Separate care fees from medicine

Ask for a written quote for the care you are considering. Put any visit, test, medicine, membership and delivery charges on their own lines.
Know which price is being quoted
The maker’s published figure is called a list price; it differs from cash offers, insurance payments and card discounts.
As of September 26, 2026, the maker listed semaglutide (Wegovy) at $1,349.02 per package. That number alone does not say how long the package lasts.
The maker describes a month’s supply as one box of four Wegovy pens or one bottle of thirty Wegovy tablets.
That figure is a product list price, not a personal bill or a total for care.
Ask about the ordinary payment
Ask what you would pay after any offer ends. Ask whether the quote requires payment ahead of time and what the cancellation terms say.
